Forms for you to complete
The following forms, “Primary Transition Pack 2024” and “Student Data Access and Emergency Contacts 2024″, will be included in your welcome email from Mrs Andrews.
The Primary Transition Pack 2024 will include the forms listed below and will be sent out during May 2024:

- Biometric Consent for Cashless Catering
- Pupil Transport Survey
- Home School Agreement

Year 6 Transition Days 2024
Year 6 pupils will be invited to Eaton Bank for two transition days from 27th to 28th June 2024, 8:45am until 2:15pm.
Year 6 Parents’ Information Evening on 27th June 2024, 5.30pm arrival for 6.00pm start.

School Meals and cashless payment
Information about school catering and cashless catering can be found here
- Parent Pay – you will receive a letter containing Parent Pay information and your password to access the system. If you need another copy or to receive a copy by email, please contact postpoint@eatonbank.org or call 01260 273000
- To see if you are eligible for Free School Meals or to apply for Free School Meals please click here
- We ask all eligible parents to apply for Free School Meals, even if your child would prefer to take a packed lunch. For each child registered as eligible for Free School Meals, we can apply for additional ‘Pupil Premium’ funding for the school.
School Uniform
Our school uniform supplier is DP Sportswear. Please watch the video from DP Sportswear which provides further information by clicking here

School Transport – Bookings are now live
- Details of school transport can be found here.
- If you would like to book a place on one of the EBA01 or EBA02 buses, bookings are now live.
- Parents/ Carers will have been emailed (or posted upon request) a form to complete which includes a preference for school transport
- North Staffordshire parents – please be aware that North Staffordshire postcodes are not included in the Cheshire East catchment area and therefore do not qualify for funded transport. Further information of our paid-for services can be found on the school transport page.
