Year 10 students attended an assembly on Tuesday 15th November. The focus of the assembly was recognising and addressing harassment and unwelcome behaviour towards women and girls. A smaller group of year 10 students took part in a 2 hour workshop in which they worked in groups to create either podcasts or short videos aimed at spreading awareness of the issue to other young people.

The year 10 students behaved brilliantly throughout the day and came up with ideas that were both mature and engaging.

The workshop was a part of the public health approach to violence reduction from Cheshire Police Safer Schools and Young People Partnership and was run by staff from Collaborate Digital.
