Voting was brisk amongst students at the EBA mock General Election today, as students enjoyed exercising their democratic rights. The election was organised by the Humanities and Social Science faculties, and run by the Student Leadership Team who ensured it was a fair and free election. It was two horse race with Reform very narrowly beating Labour to win. Headteacher Mr O’Neill said, “Teaching students about the history and process of British democracy is very important. It was great to see students participating in this in the school environment.”
