Eaton Bank Academy has hosted the school’s annual Apprenticeship Conference. The event brings together Eaton Bank Academy students, local apprentices and a range of employers to talk about the exciting career opportunities available through apprenticeship programmes.
Speakers at the Conference, were from a range of local organisations who generously supported the event.
Presentations and question and answer sessions were provided by; About STEM (Dr David Armson); Barclays (Winnie Bullock and Lesley Clark); Siemens (David Thomas); Afford Bond (Jonathan Curwen); Macclesfield Pledge (Trevor Langston and Mark Waters); NULC (Carly WIld and Gareth Hughes); Prism IT Solutions (Ben Higginbotham); Everybody Leisure; Maxim Business (Jessica Scragg) and Louise Smith.
The presentations promoted the benefits of apprenticeships and the specific opportunities which are available with local employers.
