‘Elizabeth Wolstenholme Elmy – though she be but little, she is fierce!’

The blue plaque erected for Elizabeth at Wolstenholme Elmy at Buxton House in Congleton; it reads, “Elizabeth Wolstenholme-Elmy 1839–1918 Campaigner for social, legal and political equality for women lived here 1874–1918”. (source & pictures: Wikipedia).
