Eaton Bank Academy

We pride ourselves on being at the heart of the community and preparing everyone fully for their future lives. This is part of our three stranded vision. We are a very open community and welcome individuals, businesses, charities, local government and community groups into our school on a very regular basis. Whether it is visiting speakers, Rotary competitions, careers workshops, charity fundraising, intergenerational projects or just promoting local events , we always accomodate as many opportunities to engage with our wider community as we can possibly fit into the school year.

We think Congleton is a fantastic town; one where volunteering, enterprise and involvement in local democracy are all celebrated and encouraged. We are proud that our young people get involved in all of these elements of community life and we actively encourage this.

If you have an event to promote or are interested in offering your support to our students please contact Head of PSHCE; Mrs S. Gurbuz (s.gurbuz@eatonbank.org)

Recently, as part of our community engagement, we held a “Best of British” themed afternoon tea in partnership with Age UK Cheshire East. We invited a number of guests from the local community and entertained them with a quiz and performances from some of our talented performing arts students.
