Eaton Bank Academy has a vacancy for a capable, confident and personable individual to take on the role of Food Technology Assistant (Food Technician).

Qualifications, skills and personal qualities required include:

  • 5 GCSEs
  • Experience and interest in food preparation and nutrition
  • Able to interact effectively with young people and provide positive pro-active support to teaching staff before, during and after lessons.

Salary £15,840 – £16,473 pro rata (Actual starting salary £4,781) plus access to an excellent career average salary pension scheme.

*Some flexibility will be required to accommodate the needs of specific lessons so start and finish times will vary within the overall school day. There is also a requirement for a total of 13 hours to be worked during the summer or Easter holidays.
