Head Boy Tom Baker has researched, designed and produced a fantastic architectural model. The model depicts exclusive living accommodation, open plan areas where the client may choose their own room separation with a stylishly trend setting spiral staircase. The walls in the model are mitred to conceal joints and his prototype intends gorilla glass to be used in windows and floor areas which is suitable for clients to stand and take in the architectural environment. The design utilises hill side land which would be usually left unused due to the gradient. It is designed to be built on the hillside of Camps Bay in South Africa, just outside Cape Town.
Ms Dawson Hewitt his A level teacher said ‘Tom has worked professionally to produce a top class architectural prototype fit for use in a commercially where design companies pitch to high end prospective building corporations in the board room situation. Well done Tom!’.
